1 How long does delivery take?  Orders ship in 1–2 business days and reach you in 3–5 days (add 1–2 extra days for COD orders).
2 Do you ship all over India?  Yes, we deliver to almost every PIN code in India via trusted courier partners.
3 What payment methods do you accept?  UPI, credit/debit cards, net‑banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4 Is COD available for every product?  Most items support COD. A quick phone/WhatsApp verification is mandatory before dispatch.
5 What is your return policy?  You have 5 days from delivery to request a return. An unboxing video is required for approval.
6 How do I start a return or exchange?  Email sangammart1322@gmail.com with order number, issue, and unboxing video. We’ll guide you through pickup and refund/exchange.
7 When will I receive my refund?  After the returned item passes quality check, refunds appear in 7–15 working days via the original payment method.
8 Can I cancel my order?  Yes—within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible.
9 Do you offer free shipping?  Standard shipping is free on most products. Any applicable fee is shown at checkout.
